I have been married to my high school sweet heart for 23 years and have always struggled with weight. In 2010, I hit my high of about 270lbs on a 5'2" frame. My health was very poor. By the grace of God, I was able to lose nearly 116lbs over the course of 18 months. Jesus my creator made it possible. I have since been through a number of injuries and a surgery that have put me back about 20lbs. I am back on track now and looking forward to a new year in 2015.
