performance: losing 0.3 lb a week
Age: 25 years old, Height: 5'1", Living in PA, Size: 6 jeans
Goal: 110 lbs
Dieting has been hard the last few years. 8 yrs ago I was 17 and 98lbs and wearing a childs size 12 or 14 ... even then there were parts of my body that I hated but overall I was confortable with my weight. However those who cared made me see I was sickly looking and too skinny. Most of it was from plan not eating. At age 20 I broke 105 and a size 1 jean and almost died ... at 21 I hit 110 and almost died again when I had to wear a size 3 ... after staying at this for a lil over a year I became ok with it. Then I hit 115, then 120 and 135 where I stayed again for a while ... over the last year I've fluckuated between 132 and 138. And I'm jsut at the point no matter what others think I've gotta lose some of it. I just wanna do it on the healthy side this time. Hopefully I can find some good support ... a medium between the everydays of look how fat your @ss is or the no no your fine (that part is only from my mother lol).
