I've never done this diet but I work with several women that have done this and lost tons of weight. However, a year or so later they've all gained it back and then some. Eating a mere 500 calories a day is setting yourself up for being ravanous and binging.

Heart Rate during running
My HOUR stays right around 174 unless I'm rounding my last 1\4 mile in which it gets to 186. I'm 31 and I def exercise in the anarobic range for long periods of time (hour or more) and I consistently lose weight, feel good etc so I take that as a sign that its ok!
