How to Calculate Calories in a Recipe-EASY!
It's a tricky situation when you're baking and cooking either from a recipe or whimsically and not know how many calories to calculate. I've found a fantastic website called "Spark Recipes" check it out!!!
http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/browse-recipes.asp
You can search for ingredients enter them and it will calculate the nutritional value and calories per serving. How fantastic is that!
