I'm an screenwriter who says I live in California but mostly live on the road with my traveling companion who has doubled as my husband for the last 24 years. (We have lived in 26 different countries but like to call Laguna Beach home.) Have 2 kids (a veterinarian and a special needs teacher) 2 grandkids (ages 2 and 2 weeks!) and aging parents.

I'm commited to losing between 35 and 50 pounds. Will know more when I get closer to where I want to be.

Mid fifties and struggle to exercise routinely other than walk.
