Belgische/Brüssler Protein Waffeln

Directions

  1. Zuerst den Joguhrt und den Magerquark in eine Schüssel tun, anschließend die restlichen Zutaten, am Rand verteilend, beigeben und mit einem Mixer, vom Rand her nach innen, vermischen. (5 Minuten).
  2. Anschließend den fertigen Teig 5 Minuten quellen lassen.
  3. Den Teig auf das vorgeheizte Waffeleisen geben und ca. 3 bis 3,5 Minuten warten.
  4. Gegebenfalls kann der Vanillezucker weggelassen werden und der Dinkelmehlanteil verringert werden (Low Carb). Desweiteren kann Süßstoff zur Versüßung genutzt werden.
