Directions

  1. Mezclar ingredientes secos. Separar las yemas de las claras y triturar yemas con los garbanzos cocidos.
  2. Batir las claras bien hasta que espumen. Añadir a la mezcla del resto de ingredientes. Finalmente poner pasas, esto va a gusto particular.
  3. Pre-calentado el horno a 180º, cocinar sobre unos 30 minutos.
