Placki z Jabłkiem

Najprostszy przepis na bardzo pulchne racuchy z jabłkami.

Directions

  1. Jabłko obrać (albo i nie jeżeli ktoś potrzebuje błonnika), zetrzeć ma tarce.
  2. Wymieszać mąkę, jajko, mleko i olej, dodać starte jabłko, słodzik wedle uznania (jeżeli nie masz słodzika w płynie rozpuść tabletkę w niewielkiej ilości ciepłej wody).
  3. Usmaż na patelni beztłuszczowej (np. tefal) na małej mocy, by placek był dobry w środku, a na zewnątrz się nie spalił.
  4. Podaj np. z cukrem pudrem lub śmietaną i słodzikiem (pamiętaj je tylko doliczyć). Smacznego.
