Tarte aux Courgettes Parmesan Saumon sans Pâte
Légère et complète.
Ingredients
Directions
- Préchauffer Votre four th.6/7 (200○).
- Mettre 25cl d'eau a bouillir avec sel, poivre et muscade si appréciée. Laver, couper les courgettes en petits dès, plongez les dans l'eau lorsqu'elle bout. Laisser cuire 2mn.
- Ajouter la semoule aux courgettes et laisser cuire 1mn en remuant. Oter du feu.
- Dans un bol, melanger les oeufs, la crème et le parmesan, salez, poivrer et verser la preparation sur la preparation courgette-semoule. Melanger et verser dans un moule antiadhesif ou silicone. Deposer dessus les lardons de saumon fumé.
- Cuire 30mn. Servir chaud ou tiede, accompagnée de salade, tomates....etc
