Ensalada Rosa

Rica ensalada con betabel.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cocer el betabel y cortar en cubitos.
  2. Freír el tocino y quitar el exceso de grasa con servitoallas. Picar finamente.
  3. Cortar en cubitos la manzana, el jamón, y el queso.
  4. Cortar finamente la lechuga.
  5. Poner en un recipiente los ingredientes anteriores, agregar la piña y aderezar con la mayonesa, sal y pimienta.

muy rica pero cargadisima de grasa, tan solo ver la grafica de pie en el desglose de Calorias con 50% de grasa y 29% de carbos, siendo que lo ideal deberia ser 50% carbos, 30% proteinas y 20% grasas (polisaturadas e instarudadas).
