Fettarm, Paleo, kann auch ohne Fleisch gemacht werden.

Directions

  1. Alles klein schneiden in einen guten Mixer geben und klein schnetzeln. Nicht zu Brei pürieren. Nur sehr klein
  2. Alles in eine Schüssel geben und mit dem Hackfleisch vermengen. Nach belieben abschmecken.
  3. In 6 mittelgrosse Cooki-/Muffinformen füllen und in den vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 grad für 30-40 min backen (je nach grösse der Form).
  4. Achtet darauf das Sie fest sind nicht braun sonst sind sie sehr trocken.
