Smoothie de Frutilla

Este smoothie es parecido a un batido pero más sano, a base de lácteos y fruta. Ideal para consumir en el desayuno.

Directions

  1. Saque la cáscara del plátano y vierta en la batidora, haga lo mismo con las frutillas y las frambuesas.
  2. Bata un poco y vierta el yogurt, la leche y 4 hielos.
  3. Batir todo y servir en un vaso.

Yo lo hago igual. Tan solo le agrego, 1/2 tasa de avena, cocida solo con agua y canela. Y a veces le agrego linaza q acabo de moler. Queda delicioso y es súper nutritivo.:)
