- Bata un poco y vierta el yogurt, la leche y 4 hielos.

Yo lo hago igual. Tan solo le agrego, 1/2 tasa de avena, cocida solo con agua y canela. Y a veces le agrego linaza q acabo de moler. Queda delicioso y es súper nutritivo.:)
