Куриные Котлеты с Отрубями

Очень простые котлетки из куриного филе с отрубями.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Куриный фарш смешать с кабачком и яйцом, добавить отруби и муку до того, как фарш не приобретет консистенцию густой сметаны. Тщательно вымесить. Добавить специи по вкусу.
  2. На противень положить фольгу, смазать маслом. Выложить массу ложкой, формируя котлеты.
  3. Выпекать в духовке при температуре 180 градусов до готовности. Приятного аппетита.
