Directions

  1. Refogar a cebola e o pimentão no azeite, juntar o espinafre (já cozido) e por último o tomate, temperar com sal e pimenta e reservar.
  2. Bater as claras em neve e reservar. Misturar o leite com as gemas e incorporar delicadamente as claras.
  3. Untar um refratário com azeite, forrar com o refogado e cobrir com a mistura de claras. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido até dourar.
  4. O recheio pode ser modificado, substituindo o espinafre por abobrinhas, peito de peru e ricota, atum, etc. (neste caso recalcular a alteração nutricional).
