- Frite a cebola no azeite, cortadinha miúdo. Bata no liquidificador a abobrinha lavada e com casca com 400 ml de água. Misture com a cebola frita.
- Tempere com o caldo e sal, se necessário. Acrescente a proteína de soja. Deixe cozinhar. Acrescente o ovo e misture bem.
- Sirva quente.
