Crème Brûlée

Per gli amanti dei dolci al cucchiaio, questa sfiziosa crème brûlée rappresenta una soluzione ideale per il fine pasto.

  1. Fate scaldare il latte in un pentolino a fiamma bassa e, quando inizia a sobbollire, unite la vaniglia e la panna. Mescolate bene, in modo che tutti gli ingredienti si amalgamino tra loro, dopodiché spegnete il fornello.
  2. In una terrina a parte lavorate lo zucchero con i tuorli d’uovo e versate a filo il latte, senza smettere di mescolare.
  3. Imburrate quattro cocotte e versateci uniformemente il composto.
  4. Infornate le crème brûlée in forno preriscaldato a 160°C per circa 45 minuti, dopodiché sfornateli, cospargete sulla superficie lo zucchero di canna e rimettetele in forno, con la modalità grill, sino a quando si formerà la crosticina dorata sulla superficie.
  5. Sfornate le cocotte e servite subito le crème brûlée in tavola.
  6. Accorgimenti: Il latte non deve mai bollire ma solo sobbollire leggermente. Sbattete energicamente i tuorli d’uovo con lo zucchero, sino a quando otterrete una spuma soffice e biancastra.
