Simil plumcake iperproteico - per abbassare le calorie si può sostituire la farina di mandorle con farina di riso.

Directions

  1. Unire in una ciotola tutti gli ingredenti ed amalgamare.
  2. Versare il contenuto della ciotola in una pirofila adatta al forno.
  3. Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi e cuocere (controllare la cottura).

i ovedo scritto che per averlo con meno calorie bisogna sostituire la farina di mandorle,ma tra gli ingredienti no nsi parla di farina di mandorle,io leggo 50g di mandorle ! come funziona ?
