Plumcake Carote e Yogurt

  1. Tritare le carote pulite insieme allo zucchero per 10 sec vel 8. Aggiungere le uova, l'acqua, lo yogurt, l'olio, la farina e frullare per 40 secondi a vel 5. Aggiungere il lievito e frullare altri 5-6 secondi a vel 5. Mettere nel forno caldo a 170-180° statico per almeno 40-45 minuti. Fare la prova stecchino...eventualmente spegnere il forno e lasciare dentro altri 5-10 minuti.
  2. Si può aggiungere qualche goccia di cioccolato dentro l'impasto.
