Shaking off the disappointment of only 0.5 pound weight loss this week. Yesterday, it registered a 1.0 pound loss, but I know how those scales can flucuate.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 February 2008:
1770 kcal Fat: 94.00g | Prot: 114.13g | Carb: 121.48g.   Breakfast: 12-Grain All Natural Bread, Sugar Free Peach Preserves, Naturally More Peanut Butter, water, coffee. Lunch: spicy mustard, ham, flat wrap. Dinner: Spinach, creamed, Macaroni and Cheese, Beef bottom sirloin (tri-tip roast, trimmed to 0, ranch light. Snacks/Other: soda, cheesecake, Fudgsicle No Sugar Added, pistachio, almonds. more...

1/2 pound is better then a gain..and your chart shows all of your hard work..the weight is droppin off..and thats what its all about..

Yes, half a pound is wonderful. Go find a can with 8oz of food in it and see how much half a pound is visually. it really puts things into perspective.

That's TWO full STICKS of BUTTER!! Go get some and set them on the counter and then SEE how much you lost off of you body!! =D GREAT JOB!! No worries,... keep on BURNIN' RUBBER BABY!!

You know how those scales that only weigh in .5 increments are on weigh in day. They do not cooperate! I bet that extra .5 will show up in addition to next week's loss. Your chart has SUCCESS written all over it. Keep up the great job! As my DH says "YOU CAN DO IT!"
