Well, my 1st weigh in and I can't believe it....Unfortunately, I started my 1st weigh in at my gym and I am unable to make it there today due to a very bad storm here in Niagara. So I had to use my own scale here at home which is a good one but not the gym one...I just can't believe it though..I feel very uneasy that I lost 9.5 pounds in 5 days....Either way its a terrific way to start the day and I will take it no matter what the outcome...It is unbelievable to me but what the heck I deserve as I have not gone off once on this diet and have been very strict... A little dissapointed I can't make it to the gym today as all schools are cancelled..
180.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

thats an amazing loss!! well done you say feel uneasy do you think it'll differ at gym well even if it does it'll only be a little do its a good result for this week >>>big pat on the back>>>> way to go. Keep your spirits up and your weight down!!! lol

Way to go! That is a huge loss and a great start for you. Our school is cancelled too, but I am hoping to still pack up the kids and head to the gym if the roads aren't too bad. Congrats!!

Thats incredible and it does happen! The book says if you follow SB 100% true, you can see a weight loss of between 8-13 pounds the first 14 days. I think I lost 8 pounds the first week and 5 the second. It does happen and it is real! Just keep pinching yourself and you'll see, yep, you're awake! Good job!

WOW....GREAT job Krystal! Yep, I'mluuvd is right, The first couple of weeks the scales can keep dropping - that's a BIG motivator....it sure was for me.....and I can tell ya from experience......It gets so much easier....It REALLY does.....Huggies and CONGRATS to you
