Well tomorrow is 1st weigh in and I'm feeling prety good about it today....I went to do some business banking today and the teller who I know pretty well as I'm in there every day said to me "your losing weight" Wow did that feel good..and the funny thing is that its only been 4 days......I do see it in my face already and for whatever reason I do have more energy tonight then the last few nights which is pretty good. I made sausage chili tonight and it was soooo good... I will have to make that every week I think as my son enjoyed it as well... Well off to bed and hoping tomorrows weigh in is good but its only the beginning.This has to be a lifestyle change for me and I am realizing that...
