Well didn't get to the gym on my lunch hour due to the winter storm...However I managed to get to my sisters for a "game" night....Had a great time and brought some marinated chicken with me. Everyone had potatoes and I was sooo jealous, but stuck to it like glue. My sister was excellent and made an amazing salad so I ended up having a very tasty and fulfulling chicken salad. My sister and I are 2 totally different body frames and she has always been 98 pounds soaking wet if you know what I mean. However, she was right along with me encouraging me as her husband has several times did the SB diet and she was passing on some recipies shes made so it all worked out.

Wow - you have had a great week! BRAVO for passing on the potatoes! It is very important to stick 100% to Phase I when you start SB - this helps to eliminate cravings for carbs and sets you up for SUCCESS! You can do it!

GREAT week for you Krystal....and it gets sooooo much easier....never thought i'd say that about dieting...but I now see this as a healthy choice and NOT a diet....I can certainly eat like I do forever....with an occasional treat thrown in AFTER I make a bit more progress....KUDOS to you darlin'....Awesome FOCUS!

Awe... sounds like you have a great sister! :) GREAT JOB on sticking TO IT!!! You are KICKIN' BUTT BABY!! CHECK out that CHART!! SA-WEET!! I have a sis in law that is built just like your sis... I could sneeze and knock her over! lol jk =D She loves to cook pretty healthy, too. Keep on ROCKIN 'IT!! BURN RUBBER BABY!!
