kingkeld's Journal, 14 December 2011

I lost another 300 grams today - so I am still moving a little closer to a new, lowest weigh-in. It could be here any day - I hope soon. I am ready for more of those. I think I'm addicted to them.

I hated the four weeks where I did not have one. I loved reaching a new low last Saturday, and I love that I can probably reach a new one this week. That's how I like it and that's how I want it.

It's busy schedule again today. I already got up early (4 am) to do my exercise. I really love doing them in the morning now. It's a good way to wake up. In the early mornings I am often in bed trying to convince myself to stay a little LONGER before I get up, but I usually just get up and get going. It's easier than trying to wake up once more after I fall asleep again.

I hope that sentence made sense. :)

It's gonna have to be a short journal today, and I won't get to read about all you guys' adventures until later - I still have a ton of stuff to do, and I want to get to work early to leave early to go to the gym. I'm taking Daughter with me today, she's getting her membership card and will start going with me.

So I will just wish you all a great day, and let you know that today I am thankful that
- I really am starting to like my morning exercise.
- I have a cute kitty sitting here with me, munching on a little piece of ham off my breakfast.
- a great morning with chit chat with Wife.
- a general, superior feel-good feeling today. I think I can tell that my exercise is starting to pay off. Who knew?
- a hopefully easy day at work - including a free (but well controlled) Christmas lunch.
- a chance to play all 90 minutes of music in one go this morning (hence the short journal) before I go early to work.

Take care my friends,
Life is good!

So amazing your enthusiasm for working out, considering how you felt about exercise a couple of months ago. How great - your daughter joining the gym and will be coming with you :-)

Congratulations on the continued loss. I think that it is great to get up early and start your day with a morning exercise routine. Sounds like something I may strive to do myself. Enjoy your time with your daughter, I love being with mine and I love the fact that she is joing me on this journey. Have a fantastic day!

Always great to have a workout partner at the gym – even better when it is family! Keep up the great work my friend!

I wish I had the motivation to get up early to exercise, but I just can't tear myself away from my nice, warm, cosy bed. I guess I'll have to stick to working out when I get back from work. Great job on the 300g loss.

baacs - for me it comes pretty natural by now. I do good in the mornings. I see how it affects the rest of my day now, and it's working great.
