I've been away for quite some time and unfortunately during that time my weight has been a bit up and down. Now its up and I've got to the stage where I don't want it to go any more up. I'm disappointed that I've regained 25 lbs of weight that I worked very hard to lose but it's time to get back on track before I put every last pound back on.

List your benefits of weight lost
Being able to run for over 30 minutes non stop today and not feeling out of breath at all. Sure I was hot and sweat was pouring from me, but I didn't get out of breath. If you'd have said that to me 6 months ago I'd have said it was impossible.

Congratulations Keld. I've only been around here for 4 months but I've been an avid follower of your journey and its great to see you reach your goal. We all knew you could do it. Really pleased you'll be sticking around, it really wouldn't be the same without you.

How big were you when you met your partner?
My partner and I actually met on our very first day of high school when we were both 11. I have no idea how much I weighed, but I can guarantee I'll never weigh that little again! hehe



We were best friends for many years but didn't become a couple until 9 years later.

I think I was about the weight I am at the moment when we first became a couple. I had been on a diet for a while before we met and lost about 40 pounds. I continued on the diet after meeting my partner and managed to lose another 20 pounds putting me at about 140 pounds.

Since then I managed to put over 60 pounds back on in about 6 years. My partner has never said anything. In fact he gained about 15 pounds over the last 4 or 5 years. However, I'm pretty sure he prefers me slimmer and now he regularly comments on how great I look/feel to him.

He has never seen me at my ultimate goal weight (around 120lbs) as I never managed to get down to it the first time I dieted. I actually don't remember ever seeing myself at that weight, although obviously at some point in my life I must have been that slim.

Since I've started watching what I eat and exercising he has also managed to lose the 15 pounds he put on over the last 4 or 5 years, taking him back to what he was when we got together.

One of the biggest reasons (besides my own health and wellbeing) for losing weight is I want to be the best, most healthiest, sexiest, most attractive person I can be for him. He deserves that.

BlackBerry App Sync Help Please
On the main page of the Blackberry app there is an option named "Sync". Click on that and it was go through the motions to sync with the site.
