Okay. I am up another pound! But you know what? I am not even bothered. Unlike yesterday when I was really discouraged, today I didn't let the bump up bother me. I know I am doing what I need to do and it will take care of itself soon. I may carb cycle if this keeps up, but for now I am just going to keep doing what I am doing and trust this WOE. I hope everyone has a fabulous day. :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 June 2016:

Ok, will do. You are following LCHF? Looks like you might have already made some adjustments, but I was going to suggest that it might help to lower the protein intake a bit. Too much protein can kick you out of fat burning mode.

Hmm..... I hadn't thought about that. I do try to keep my ratios where they should be, but some days it's easier than others. I know that over the weekend that it was hard to get enough veggies in. The snacks I had were mostly things that traveled well. You may have a very valid point in the protein thing. Thank you.

could also by salt intake..you can do this..just gotta check food journal an tweak it..you might also try fasting
