Ah, but you have numbers. One at a time, make them what you want them to be :0)

I wish I would have just kept my old crappy scale because it showed a 2 pound loss this morning. First drop in months.

You are just on a new scale is all it is. Just stick to one. My gym scale says I'm five pounds lighter, but I only go by my home scale, that I have set myself. You will be fine.

Get a new scale. It's probably broken. ;)

That is always a mood killer when something like that happens, chin up, you own this.

It's not about weight; it's about fat. It will be more accurate and you'll know where you're headed. That's all that matters.

When I bought my new one a bit ago, it weighed 2 pounds heavier. But after awhile you get over it and forget about it.

Thanks all !! I feel crappy about it, but will continue to use the new one. Even feeling bad, I'm proud I didn't give in to crap today. Went to the movies and had water, lol.

Better to go by "how you feel" rather than the number on the new OR old scale... Ditto Glen!!

GOOGLE my favorite article, "Why the Scale Lies" - use a measuring tape instead.
