This morning I seem to have dropped off the plateau, just two days after complaining about it. This was a sudden and dramatic crash through the barrier. I checked and rechecked the weight, and made my wife come and look at the scale. It's a big drop in a week-end, but after a couple of weeks of no movement, and even slight movement back, I'm most gratified.
I did 50 minutes at the gym yesterday, and quite a bit of gentle walking afterwards, so I'm sure that I'm doing something right.

Still to go: 14.6 lb.
