Very slightly up. Ugh. This is not what I expected. I'm on a plateau, however. Hardly moving, and for more than two weeks. I've just got new clothes. I'm wearing a 35" waist now and can fit into a 15" collar shirt. Oddly, I can also wear a 30" belt, on the first hole (which suggests a waist of just about 31 inches). So, what's happening with my weight?

Sounds like your doing great. We all have our ups and downs in weight loss from water retention. Just too much sodium one day can make the sccale go up the next. Keep going, your doing great.

I'm still too new in my journey, I haven't had to deal with a plateau yet (which I'm very thankful for). You're doing all the right things - I think people just say to change up the type and intensity of your exercise and it confuses your body and it starts losing weight again.

I will try that (when I find the time). Right now, I'm having trouble staying on track with exercise. It is very frustrating.

i agree fluid plays an important part in what the scales say...to much fluid the scales goes up...salt also plays a part of that...so many factors in making the scales go up...try switching your exercise plan..your body has probably gotten use to your workouts...im sure in a few days the scales will be showing all your effort again...
