I think reached my plateau. I'm exercising and eating right but the weight isn't coming off. But you know what, it's ok. I'm just glad at where I am that.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your weight is almost the same as mine, and we started about the same place too. I just noticed this week that according to FS calculations, my BMR has gone DOWN due to me now weighing less, which means I have to eat less or exercise more to keep losing! Probably will be the same for you 😞 I personally think it's not fair! What kind of reward is that??? Lol!
