Can you believe Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner?!! Right now I'm on a 21 day challenge of eating right and following an exercise routine and it ends just before turkey day. It's not too hard, just basically what I've already been doing to help maintain my weight loss. We're spending it with family so no leftovers in my house!! WooHoo :) My plan is to keep my plate balance with vegetables, turkey and maybe a scoop of stuffing. What are your plans on eating right during Thanksgiving?

I am cooking this year but will try to send the leftovers home with the guests! I am adding in more exercise when I can, and ONLY eating a little more ON the Holiday - not the whole week before and after.

I think we are gonna order ours from Luby's this year bc I dont wan to spend 2 days in the kitchen.. This way i can just make a few extra veggie sides and spend my two days off doing something else... like working out !
