Not concerned with the small decrease,, I am eating well, I am in the Gym lifting weights,, getting stronger everyday , I am down 2 sizes and I feel fabulous . Tomorrow I will measure and calculate body Fat,, that's the Number I am most interested in right now.
Happy Friday ya'll.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
