I don't like it but not gonna let it get to me. Its week 3complete in the gym , I am eating well staying hydrated and I feel Fantastic . I would loved to have seen progress on the scale,, but I know in reality its not always going to happen . 1 more week and I check my measurements and will proceed from there . Whatever happens, happens, I am just doing what I feel good doing and that's all I can say. I love it, I like it I am happy and that's all that matters . Thank you all for all you support . Lets make it a good Day Friends ,. I saw a glorious Sunrise this morning and gave thanks for my blessings .

Tamarah, your kicking some serious butt at the gym and the program your working is no joke, Your a rock star! I have the same problem. the scale isnt moving much but i feel lean and mean , even at 180. You keep doing what your doing!! Happy Hugs to you my friend !! remember.. we got this !! BAM ..

Remember, the scale is not the end all be all measure of health... It's just numbers that in the end, really don't mean sh*t. Pay attention to how you are feeling, what your reflection in the mirror is looking like, how your clothes are fitting. These will let you know how your journey is going better than a a piece of metal or, plastic with numbers on it. Keep it up girl.. one step at a time. ;)

About 10 years ago I was working with a trainer at the gym. He trained me for free if I promoted him where I was working, which was at a health food store. At first my weight didn't change a lot and went up and down. After I built up muscles I actually started losing weight and looked great. I'm trying to get back to or even close to that weight and muscle definition.
