So greatful for the support of people on this web site. Words cannot express my gratitude. Good eating day yesterday....I haven't over ate in over a week..... Must make some additional progress on exercise. Again, thank you all.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
