I'm one week into my 2nd round of the Omnitrition drops program. After loading weight I am down 4 lbs for the week. Not the numbers I wanted but I think I got sloppy between round 1 and round two just before loading. Really hoping to drop at least 30 lbs this week. Yesterday was the first time in either of my rounds that I "cheated". I was so hungry that I ate a slice of ham in addition to my 4 oz of chicken at yesterdays lunch. I also had probably more than 4 oz of chicken and some other things I shouldn't have had. I ate the McDonalds southwest ranch salad with grilled chicken last night. I did take out the chips, cheese and ate around the black bean and corn salsa. I used the provided lemon wedge instead of the dressing. I also skipped yesterdays second piece of fruit because of my ham splurge. I still ended up losing 1.2 lbs. I really think my body needed that little bit of fat. Today I've added a "green coffee bean extract" to supplement my omnitrition diet. So....in addition to the Omni Drops I am also taking 4 or more fiber pills a day, 1-2 charge tablets, Garcinia in the morning and at lunch and I've added in the "extra enhancers" as well to see if I can speed things up. We'll see. Today's lunch is "Lisa's chile" made with ground chicken. I did break through to the 170's day.....woooooo hooooooo.!!!!!!!
