100goodbye's Journal, 13 June 2015

Journaling my food sure gives me a firm grip on reality I really don't realize how much I'm meeting unless I write it down . Haven't much lost much weight but sure feel good because I'm not eating volumes of food my stomach can't hold comfortably . Thanks to those of you who journal it sure gives me motivation to move forward . I grilled some chicken breasts today, cut up a watermelon and made some fresh salsa so I have some healthy options available very quickly.

some one told me once, either you journal all of it or none of it, there is no in between and since Ive followed that advice , I too feel great. I feel like I have control over how much I eat. It also has helped me to plan my meals ahead. WAY TO GO !

I agree, writing down everything you eat really tells it like it is, and it has helped me manage to cut back on things or make swaps that are much healthier...
