I'm so grumpy! I'm up 0.2 pounds!

So I have a few things that I think are causing it...
1. Tons of salt yesterday
2. All my muscles are sore from yesterday (I'm not sure why, but a rest day is definitely due today even though it is not scheduled)
3. Poop - sooo full of poop - sorry ... TMI!

Anyways, I'm just going to ignore that I'm up, and keep working at it... although to resolve #3, I'm going to up the amount of fruit today to get things moving... ugh. Hopefully I'll still be able to get near my protein goal, but if not, I'm not going to stress about it!
285.8 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 86.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You keep going, Brandy. Muscles will do that to you. And you know what I think about salt. Somehow I can't imagine that grumpy is even in your vocabulary. The question is how you feel. So often the scale does not reflect how you look or how you feel. We'll see again next weekend, Brandy girl.

Didn't know if you knew this or not, but bananas are very "binding" and if you are trying to get things moving maybe some oatmeal and flatseeds and a couple of prunes on top would work out better for you. You seem frustrated over .2 of a lb. Having lost over 50 lbs so far have you not found that your weight will fluctuate throughout the day? Maybe half an hour later you would be down .2 of a lb. I find a better gauge on progress is looking back at what you weighed one month ago since a daily can be misleading. You are 4 lbs down from a month ago! That to me is successful.

I know I can fluctuate 3 pounds on a day, but always weigh myself on Sunday mornings after I go pee. I only weigh myself once a week, so it gives enough time for the ups and downs to work out. I didn't know that about bananas... sigh... It may be time to grab some Benefibre... my sister swears by it.

I am doing Atkins and had constipation issues, flaxseed cleared it up. I use flaxseed meal to make muffins, very yummy and cleans you out, lol.

Lots of people recommend flax for this. It works for me but may be one of the things that was stalling me. Just keep at it and the gain will be gone in no time.

Ugh you too eh? I think I am going to try the shape management stuff i have been hearing about. I have the same weigh in schedule as you. Maybe it IS something in the water...:P
