Hopefully this is the start of a downward trend. Yesterday's pedometer numbers: 13193 steps, 4.99 miles, 709 calories, 2:29 hours. This includes 60 mins on the elliptical during Rachel Ray. Points 31, calories around 1400 just looked but can't remember exact number. Well, off to some morning yoga - daughter has been doin It in preschool so has asked if we can do this morning since she doesn't go on Thursdays.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on your weight loss Kathy and it must be so great to do yoga with your daughter. It's wonderful she likes to exercise at such young age.

....and your chart line is going down :)! are you happy you got that pedometer, yo? have you ever studied break-even point? i think you did since you do accounts...you need to find the break-even point for your steps....steps less than say 16,000 will keep you on maintenance, above that any day and you will be in fat burning zone.

Thanks guys. Yes snezica doing yoga with my daughter is wonderful. She also goes to my zumba class with me on Tuesday nights. When I do my exercise videos she likes to pretend she is Jillian Michaels. The only draw back there is she is hilarious and sometimes I fall out of plank laughing, but we have a good time.
