I've had some major cravings for junk food in the last few days. I just keep thinking about my progress how junk food can stall it. To help I've been chewing gum, or eating little sour ice breakers at 5 calories a piece.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I definitely been resisting temptation.. with my mouth watering lol. Could be a instinct to put on our winter pounds of warmth. I love the extra dessert gums 5 sticks is 25 calories, and it makes me feel as if I ate a dessert.

Awesome work. I always end up eating junk food, but I record it so I'm still under calorie. You're a lot stronger than me!

I don't know if I've tried dessert gum, I'll look for it when I'm out. I'm been making lots of hearty soups lately since I'm getting the chill of autumn. None of that broth soup, I like thicker ones that are blended veggies.

Good for you on the weight loss! The 5 calorie candy and sugar free gum is great. That's what I do, too. I like the Extra Dessert Delights Peach Cobbler but I ran out of it. My daughter likes strawberry flavor. Need to get some more. :)

Think I actually took the idea from you lol. I'll have to try the peach; I love the lemon squares. They sound gross, but they're awesome.

I always chew gum or drink tea when I am having a food craving. Extra Dessert Delights gum is great! My favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip.

Mint chocolate chip is definitely one of my favorites! Tastes like a much better yorkshire patty.
