Psyched about keeping calories in check, and watching what I eat. I wasn't ready for it two weeks ago. Snezica pointed out I wasn't ready for it yet. I think she could tell by what I was writing in my journals, but now... it's on!!!
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too! I just decided to pull my head out of my bum and get with the program this week. No more skipping days of logging calories for me.
