I am such a loser! Yeah! LOSER LOSER LOSER!!!! Lovin it!
I thought I'd be up at least a pound for water weight but no! Got the big blessing this morning instead. Another pound gone.
I have also been wearing a pedometer to work. Not doing nearly as many steps as I would on my day off but I am trying to eat my lunch and then do at least 1K steps on the remainder of my lunch hour.
Jeff got his cast off yesterday and his foot is looking good. My "Mr. Noncompliant" is healing well. I am so pleased.He didn't toss and turn all night either. Amazing what taking a cast off does for comfort.
My orientation at work continues to go well. I am learning a lot. People are friendly and inclusive. They seem genuinely nice. Strangely enough, they all seem to care about each other too. Imagine that in a work place!
Too many blessings to count today. I'll have to really work on that blessing list.Don't want to forget one and appear ungrateful!

Good evening, Sherill! You have been blessed today! Congratulations on the pound down. I'm so glad Jeff has his cast off - he's bound to be easier to live (and sleep) with. I really admire you taking every opportunity to get in some walking. Hooray for you!

Thank you for your words of encouragement! I try to keep walking not so much because I like it but I wanna keep losing! Well, maybe its not THAT bad.

So happy that the scale is being your 'best buddy' and that you are enjoying your new job. Glad to see your hubby got his cast off too. When I see all of the work you do, it makes me tired just reading what you do! LOL!
