I know I didn't consume enough excess calories to gain almost 3 pounds in 5 days, so I'm not going to fuss; it will come back off. Too bad I had to have a gain on the day I weigh in and see my doctor; c'est la vie!
135.7 lb Lost so far: 66.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hate it when that happens! Yes, it will drop right off. I am getting way to used to this happening myself, and want to see some virgin territory again soon! lol

Just a temporary set back and more fuel added to your fire to keep you moving forward. Something to look back on later and laugh at knowing it didn't cause you to lose your focus.
