Lunch:  Black Pepper, Ground Turkey Breast, Navels Oranges, Nonfat Pineapple Greek Yogurt (Chobani), pistachios, Red Tomatoes, Season-All Seasoned Salt, Water. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Healthier impossibly easy Ham & Swiss pie, Water. Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Healthy Pop Butter, Caribbean Fruit Floes, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Fruit & Nut, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate, Peppermint Twist, Peppermint Twist, Wheat Bran Cranberry Quick Bread.
