Officially down 8 lbs since the 4th with 11 more days in the month. Would love to see 12 lbs total gone (realistically) by then, which is very doable. Would really love if I lost 8 more (so 16) by then to get under 200 but that's a really big stretch and not backed up by my body's loss pattern. But a girl can dream big :)

Doing an education webinar today for my coders. A topic I'm not super comfortable with so hoping they don't ask questions I can't answer. If you think of me around 11 EST, say a nice prayer for me :)

Lots of changes/thoughts swirling today. You know how you can just feel sometimes when things are shifting? New opportunities not yet manifested but in the works, not finalized. Exciting, scary, inspiring...grateful for the next steps. Knowing you'd never be in this spot without all the things that happened to you...the CHOICES you made to go one way vs. the other or to stand still.
