With today's weigh in I have lost 40 pounds! I can't believe it!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't it just a wonderful feeling to see what you have accomplished? You are probably down three sizes or more, right? And the goal weight is just over the next hilltop!

I am down 2 shirts sizes and one pant size, (maybe two I've haven't checked lately). The last place I am losing it is around my hips. But they say that is the last place you lose it.

Yes - I find that true for me as I still have the "belly" area to lose.
