Too much energy
This is my 4th day on the 17 Day Diet and I'm doing great. I feel amazing but I have so much energy I can't sleep at night. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do about it?

Not hungry, but not losing weight.
If you eat too few calories you're body goes into starvation mode and just stores everything so you won't lose weight and might even gain some.
