Personal best walking today: 14 laps in a half hour on our school's track. And it is a beautiful day, partly cloudy in the low 70's. What a great day!

wow - how far is one lap? 1/8 mile? so 1.75 miles in 30 minutes? That is fast moving!

It's a little under a 440 track size so I figure I am doing about 2 miles in that time.

Great work - 15 minute mile is fast. I am short, so my fastest walking is about a 20 minute mile!
