Another pound gone! Yea! It's coming off slow & steady just like it should. I have been doing this with my husband, my sister & her husband. Combining our totals of weight loss it is over 100 pounds!! Kellybo, her husband & my husband have all lost 30+ pounds and I have lost 20+. Now one of my brothers is interested! I am so excited for him!

It's a family affair! It's a family affair! I like your idea of posting a blog on Myspace to all our other family members. We can finally reveal our little secret...you know...we have thrown away all our Miracle Grow. Hehe. So proud of you and so glad we are affecting others in our family.

I wish I could convince my brothers to do this. Especially the one who is a year younger. He eats fast food all the time. And Cheetos. Maybe this time (it's my second) around, I can. Good for you, Cherbru.

Im so thrilled you are doing so well and really inspiring your other family memebers as well as the rest of us here at FS. it is nice to do this together. At least you can visit each other without worrying about meal plans fitting your new lifestyle and diet. It just put a big smile on my face reading your journal today
