Next week I'll be in Canada; may be more difficult to eat right, record everything, & exercise 4 times a week. I'll do my very best. After all, I'll be wearing smaller clothes so I can't (comfortably) overeat, lol.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
