Fat: 27.79g | Prot: 82.32g | Carb: 210.62g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Bread Machine Whole Wheat Honey Flaxseed Bread, Country Ham Breakfast Casserole, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese. Dinner:  Cheesy Bean Soup, Lowfat Pineapple Greek Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Crunchy Almond Butter, Caribbean Fruit Floes, Double Fiber English Muffins.
