It is a wonderful feeling when you get used to drinking only water and you WANT water INSTEAD of soda, tea, or alcohol. I have reached a point where nothing else except water truly "quenches" my thirst! Good Girl! Here at home I have finally acquired the habit where I do not always "flush" for "number one's - as long as they are completely clear. Otherwise - I'd be flushing a lot & our water bill would increase!
